The staff was tremendously helpful in all aspects. I picked at the engagement ring as well as her wedding ring in one location and they shipped it to a closer location for me. Elsa Williams was able to get me more for my money and also we were able to use them as a registry for china, silver, and crystal. I would definitely recommend Ware to anyone and everyone.

I purchased a very expensive David Yurman watch 2 years ago. While still under warranty, one of the numbers detached from the watch and they repaired it. After the 1 yr warranty expired, the same thing happened again. They wanted to charge $600 for the repair! I believe this is due to Ware Jewelers no longer carrying David Yurman and so there was no need to satisfy the customer. By the way, this was my 3rd and last purchase from them . BUYER BEWARE!!
