Professional service... on time which was key!! Very friendly personal.

The driver arrived early and was very patient considering the amount of drinks the wedding party had before riding in the limo. He was coureous and professional. I wasn't happy about the cost of the limousine we rented (an Excursion) as I had to pay for 3 hours of travel time and 1 hour of us actually being able to ride in it. I felt that they overestimated the drive time and I shouldn've have been charged for 4 hours AND a gas fee, when we only used the limo for ONE hour.

I was very disappointed by VIP. I had requested a specific limo to surprise my husband, and it broke down. I understand that happens, but they sent me the bus, which had not been cleaned from the night before. They claimed it was an upgrade, but I consider an upgrade to be something clean. I did argue with the general manager for several weeks before recieving a full refund. The Omaha office was sympathetic, but had to be approved on the refund, and the general manager was unbelievably rude. I would never do business with them again because of their general Manager Mick.
