Melissa at Vanilla Bean was very open to hear our ideas and willing to work with us! My husband and I are not big fans of cake, so we wanted mini desserts to serve at our wedding. We chose personal key lime pies and personal cheesecakes - they were DELICIOUS and the presentation was BEAUTIFUL! Melissa also made us a small cake for cutting purposes, and it turned out so cute and the cake was yummy (even to non-cake lovers!). I was a little nervous ahead of time because her communication was par at best, but at the end of the day, everything was on time and just as we imagined! The price was very reasonable for what we received. I would highly recommend Vanilla Bean, just know ahead of time that you will have to take the initiative to touch base.
