Our guests had a wonderful time with the photobooth, and we have a lovely, personalized album that U & Me Photobooth put together for us. We have prints of every shot taken throughout the night with our guests notes of advice, love, and encouragement. What a special token we have from our wedding day to keep forever.

Our wedding video from William is out of this world! We are so glad we decided to hire him to do our videography as well. We didn’t think we’d be able to afford a wedding video, but thankfully, William works with you and your budget.

We had told William that candid photos of our friends and family were what we wanted the most. However, the majority of the photos we received were posed photos, and photos of us, the bride and groom. Some of our family members didn’t appear in any photos whatsoever.

However, the most frustrating thing about William is that he doesn’t back up his video files. So imagine how we felt when he text us saying that he didn’t have the video file with our wedding dance. He said that the file was either corrupted or missing. We spent thousands of dollars on dance lessons to learn a choreographed dance to surprise everyone at our wedding, and we’ll never get to see it. We had to argue with William for him to send his hard drive off to a data recovery company in order to try and recover the file. He sent us a receipt saying the hard drive was sent off, then gave us an update when the company received the hard drive, and then stopped communicating. I reached out to him about 3 weeks later for an update and he said the company was sending his drive back to him and he would sort through the recovered files to see if our dance was saved. A month after that I had to reach out again for an update and William said that he couldn’t find the file (assuming he even bothered to look).

He didn’t even have the courage or decency to keep us informed; instead he just let us wait and hope for the best when the file was long gone.
