Awful - do not use. We wanted a special vehicle for our wedding, so we reserved a premium vehicle. When my husband called, they assured him that they had the vehicle we wanted and made the reservation. When we got there, they informed us that the car we reserved was damaged and all they had to offer us were SUVs. We never got a phone call or email from them telling us about the car prior to arriving. They made no apology for the switch in vehicles either. Terrible service, I would never use them again.
