I would recommend Transtyle Transportation to any bride. They were on time (early). The driver was courteous. The SUV was impeccably clean! They gave us exactly what we were looking for; transported my husband and I to the destination where we took our couple shots and then took us back to the resort for our wedding ceremony. I liked that I could prepay for the services, so I didn't have to worry about paying the driver on my wedding day. A+

I have a mixed review for Transtyle...We used them twice on our wedding day, and one of the rides was great, and the other was a NIGHTMARE!

We used Transtyle to get myself, my groom, and our wedding party (and their dates) from the hotel we were staying at to the venue we were hosting our wedding at. This trip was fine--the drivers were there on time, professional, and even let us play our own music in the car. If this was the extent of my interactions, I would have a much more positive review, unfortunately this was not where the night ended.

We had scheduled to have a sparkler send-off at the end of our wedding and my groom and I would hop into a limo and head to our hotel for the night. Nothing went right. The driver was lost, so they were late and delayed our sparkler exit--many of our guests left before the send off as a result. It then gets worse from here, the driver brings us to the WRONG hotel. So we are in the back trying to yell up to the front giving directions to the limo driver onwhat hotel we are actually trying to go to, and how to get there! You have ONE JOB: Pick us up and drive us to the correct hotel, NOT THAT HARD! When we finally get to the hotel and navigate through the parking lot, my new husband generously tipped the incompetent driver, and the driver helped us carry our overnight bags up to our room. This was the final straw--I am in my wedding dress, we are exhausted from an event-filled day, it is our WEDDING NIGHT, and this idiot driver proceeded to lecture us at the door of our hotel room on the benefits of his savior jesus christ....10 minutes later we finally were left alone!

In short, I am so dissatisfied with my experience (on my wedding night of all days), that I would NEVER recommend this vendor.

I didn't have a good experience with Transtyle. We had no problem booking via email and were excited to have a limo for the bridesmaids and bride. We needed a ride from our hotel to our venue. This was a 10 minute drive but we booked the 3 hour minimum (over $200). The driver was on time at the hotel...and then told us to get out the second we got to the venue. Our last bus of guests hadn't yet arrived, so I asked if we could stay in the limo for another 10 minutes because the bride didn't want to be seen. The driver rudely responded that he had another booking to go to and he was running late. We reminded him about the 3 hour minimum that we'd paid for, but he wouldn't budge and asked us to get out. In panic mode, we contacted our wedding planner and she talked with him outside until our last bus arrived (literally, 10 minutes later). I cannot say how unhappy I am with the service we were provided.
