CONTRACT FOR D.J. SERVICE

Service rates for Tonight's Entertainment are ____________hours. Additional hours may be purchased for $75.00 per hour. There is a deposit of $50.00 required before any dates will be held. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. All deposits however, are applied to the final cost of your service. If arrangements are made for payments, there will be a $5.00 per day late fee from the due date for any late payments. There is a $40.00 charge for NSF checks.

Tonight's Entertainment requires the balance of ___________to be paid ten days prior to the date of service. If arrangements are made for payment on the day of service, you must pay in CASH. ABSOLUTLY NO EXCEPTIONS! Additional hours purchased the night of must be paid upon request. If for any reason your event ends earlier than the contracted time and Tonight's Entertainment is dismissed, the contract will be considered fulfilled and there are no refunds for the time left.

We need approximately one hour to set up. Please be sure someone is at the hall about an hour and a half before the start of your event to ensure we are not setting up upon arrival of your guests.

Tonight's Entertainment strongly supports drug free communities. Therefore, any sign of illegal drug use on the premises of your event WILL be just cause for our immediate dismissal and your total balance of __________will still be due with absolutely no refunds.

The undersigned agrees to be responsible for and damage done to any of Tonight's Entertainment's equipment during their event. Damages include: any possible damage during any disagreements or rowdiness amongst guests, but excludes any damage done by default or us.

We realize that sometimes events change and things don't go as planned, but we would like a rough idea of your planned schedule. Please keep in mind we would like to keep the reception going at a steady pace to assure your guest do not become restless. Therefore, at certain points we may take charge if things seem to get off task or get confused and try to get your events going as you have listed them.

Please be sure that any changes to your list are given to us prior to the start of your reception.

AS YOU MIGHT KNOW THERE ARE SOME DANCES THAT ARE CUSTOMARY IN MOST, BUT NOT ALL, WEDDINGS. PLEASE FILL IN THE DANCES THAT MAY APPLY TO YOUR WEDDING.
