Long story - from the moment we booked Kristen as our videographer, she was supportive, kind, and listened to what we wanted and absolutely delivered. Not only did she send us tips and tricks months before the wedding to help us prepare for a great video, but she also spent time with us on the phone and worked with our photographer to help us nail down a timeline. Wedding day she was so fun and easy to work with! She helped give direction so we we weren't super awkward. Our video highlight film could not be more perfect -she listened to what we had said we wanted and included so many perfect big and small details in the film. We were absolutely blown away.
