Facilities and Capacity
The 280 square foot open-air chapel offers a picture-perfect setting for exchanging vows. The space features rustic beams, chandeliers, and handcrafted benches, creating a warm and timeless setting for your most precious day. On top of that, its floor-to-ceiling windows frame the surrounding countryside and fill the space with beautiful natural light. Afterward, everyone can make their way to your wedding reception in the primary indoor event hall. It's a 40×60 ft space that accommodates up to 175 guests. Whether it's dinner, dancing, or both, this space truly delivers. It contains a PA system with wireless mics/Bluetooth, a DJ loft, large garage‑style glass doors opening onto a terrace, and a premium bar. With flexible seating, you'll also get to arrange the space to perfectly suit your one-of-a-kind wedding vision.
Services Offered
In addition to having ceremony and reception spaces, Francis Farms offers the Hack-n-Shack, an amazing hangout spot with over 800 square feet of pure fun! It's perfect for pre-wedding parties, small get-togethers, or for people to simply unwind before the ceremony. Inside, you'll find a custom indoor putting green, a full-sized pool table, and a digital golf driving range. There's also lounge seating, arcade games, and big-screen TVs, making it the perfect place to relax with loved ones.

Wedding Venue of my Dreams!
We originally booked when the venue was Francis Farms, and during our planning process new owners came in and it became Willow & Quail. The transition was completely seamless, and Mackenzie went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was everything we hoped it would be.
One of my favorite things was how much time we were able to have at the venue. We had all day Friday to decorate, set up, and have our rehearsal dinner, all day Saturday to get ready and celebrate until 11 that night, and we were even able to return Sunday morning to clean up. Having that flexibility made the entire weekend feel relaxed instead of rushed.
The bridal suite was easily one of my favorite parts! It has so much personality with vibrant wallpaper, beautiful pink chairs and a rug, and the most stunning oversized mirror where my dress hung. There was plenty of room for all of my girls to get ready, sit at a mirror, and touch up their hair and makeup throughout the day. There is even a full bathroom with a shower!
The groom’s suite was just as fun, with a TV, couch, foosball table, and old-school arcade games. We also added the Hack N Shack for the guys, and I am SO glad we did! It had TVs, couches, a golf simulator, and a pool table. I loved that the guys had such a fun place to spend the day too because it is the groom’s wedding day just as much as the bride’s!
We were married inside the beautiful chapel, and it was everything I had ever dreamed of. The large doors allowed me to have the grand entrance I had pictured since I was a little girl, and walking through them toward my husband is something I will never forget.
As beautiful as the venue is, Mackenzie made our experience even better. She is genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever met. She exceeded every expectation and worked with us in every possible way. We felt supported throughout the entire process, and I will always be grateful for how special she helped make our weekend.
I would recommend Willow & Quail to absolutely anyone getting married. Our wedding day was genuinely perfect, and if I could relive it every day, I would choose this exact venue every single time. Willow & Quail will always hold such a special place in our hearts!
