My husband and I received the most beautiful rings from this vendor. We worked with our favorite employee (and now our new friend) Kelly Kim throughout the entire process. She's very knowledgeable and so honest and sweet! I was able to design my own ring since there wasn't one particular ring I wanted. My husband and I both ordered Tacori rings and each time we go to get them cleaned there, they are always very nice. We highly recommend this place. You feel welcomed and never pressured. Kelly at The Vault was very patient with us. We wanted a classic design that wouldn't look outdated in 10 years. She gave us her opinion when asked and helped us make informative decisions. My husband works out of town so she had to deal with his schedules with payments and pickups. We also ordered our bridesmaid's jewelry here and were VERY pleased with our amethyst necklaces. They turned out beautiful. I also got my husband's Movado watch and we were able to get it fitted before the wedding. In addition, I forgot to have my ring cleaned and sent it in last minute on the day of the wedding. They were fast and efficient and I couldn't have asked for more. We really like the quality especially for the service and price.
