The property's largest event area is the backyard, boasting over 10 acres of carefully manicured lawn space framed by mature trees. This scenic natural landscape provides a majestic backdrop for ceremonies and receptions alike, allowing for both intimate and extravagant affairs. Soon-to-be-weds can take advantage of this vast and versatile site to design their dream weddings. The venue's event staff is able to set up an outdoor bar to help elevate the celebrations and keep guests in high spirits. Alternatively, the Pavilion has a rustic ambiance, characterized by wooden paneling and exposed architectural elements. This covered space has a warm, intimate atmosphere for small farm-style ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions. String lighting and drapery transform the pavilion into an enchanting space for milestone occasions. Additional facilities can be found in the Quarters building, including contemporary restrooms, a conference room, and sleeping arrangements.
