Our reception was everything!

Donsha and I had our wedding reception here on 10/19/2019 and it was the best decision ever. Mike took care of our blocked rooms, Christine Kohn took care of the planning and Darryl made sure everything was flowing nicely. They are the best and the cookies are to die for 😊 Ask for Christine if you are having a wedding, reception or both she got you!!!! The food was amazing and she picked the best DJ to get the party started.

Super easy people to work with - pricing isn't too bad, but not as budget minded as some other places in the area, but it is a hotel, so it is to be expected. The people you work with make it worth it.
The people at the Park Vista are absolutely fantastic, and I mean everyone! Customer service is definitely their priority and it showed the entire week of our wedding. They set up our venue and it was just what I imagined - we received so many compliments. My wedding was perfect and you don't hear that often.

Don’t waste your time or money

The rooms were decent. The front staff including Joan is what saves this review from getting a one star. We had an impromptu wedding here and it was less than planned but the things that were planned were the food and venue. The things that should have gone smoothly, the food and venue. The things that went terribly wrong? The food and beverage. It was a disaster (still a headache / disaster and the food was inedible. The amount of pepper they put on the chicken not only ruined the chicken but the rest of your pallet for everything on the plate. The drinks were sugar water and they charged $12 for them because of the “24% “ tax that they impose on you, and if you order 50 plates of food for your dinner service you’ll get terrible food and only an amount of food that equates to the amount of people that show up and not to that of which you pay for. No to-go plates are allowed per hotel policy. I was really praying for the reviews that I read about this place to be true but unfortunately we must have drawn a short straw. Because I’ve irritated myself so much having to even write this review…. I’m going to just go ahead and stick to my guns and leave a 1 start review. DONT HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE. the price is right but the experience is not. Cheers
