The Leadership Center is an awesome Venue, especially if you want to have your ceremony and reception in one location. They were open to just about any request (except a bonfire). My only complaint is the pricing. We wanted to do a self-serve koolaid bar (have the powder on a table and people could make their own); they wanted to charge us $3.50/person. The setup would have cost less than $50.
You have to utilize their on-site catering; we were unable to do a taste-test prior to the wedding. The food was great except for the salad. We had a cesaer salad and the dressing was off. They use fresh vegetables and have multiple options. It ended up being about $15/plate.
