I just purchased a cake that Diane donated to a fund raiser. It was a pink raspberry cake with raspberry filling. Yummo! This is the best and moistest cake I have had in a loooong time.

Dianne has been doing wedding cakes for well over 20 years. We had her do both the wedding and groom's cakes. The cakes tasted fantastic. She does buttercream frosting, no fondant. Her cakes are more traditional, not too hip or trendy. I was a little disappointed in the appearance of our cake -- it was not exactly what I was going for. But, it tasted great, so really, who cares? The price also couldn't be beat -- $1.25 a serving!!! That's crazy!!!
