Kaylen was a dream to work with! I had a vision of how I wanted my table details to look at my wedding/rehearsal dinner and she nailed it! We got asked endlessly about our beaded charger plates that we used from her. Everything she has is gorgeous! I highly recommend using her for any event. The Event Co's planning and day-of coordination was one of the biggest reasons my wedding went so smoothly on the big day. Kaylen asked so many thoughtful questions when it came to decor details and planning. We had everything we needed for the big day and then some because of The Event Co. Before hiring Kaylen, I accepted I would have to skip some decor and details to save money, but using The Event Co allowed me to rent items that made our wedding perfect top-to-bottom. Kaylen’s day-of coordination may be the biggest saving grace I had. She so calmly and professionally helped with set up, vendor communication and making sure everything moved smoothly. It was so easy working with this vendor! Not only was Kaylen easy to work with, she was very flexible, patient, and prompt. We absolutely loved using the gold candle holders and easel we rented from her! They were the perfect edition to an elegant reception.
