What is the story behind The Estate at Villa Bethesda?
The Estate at Villa Bethesda is a private Arkansas destination wedding venue created for couples who want the entire celebration—and the people they love—together in one extraordinary place. Located in the Ouachita Mountains near Mena, the estate combines a timber-frame chapel, climate-controlled reception space and luxurious lodging for up to 34 guests, all within steps of one another. No driving between the ceremony, reception and overnight accommodations.
The estate brings the entire wedding experience together in one beautiful, secluded setting. Exchange vows in the chapel, celebrate in our elegant reception space, and enjoy private access to the estate’s swimming pool, oversized hot tub, pickleball and basketball courts, game room, pond, and scenic outdoor gathering areas. Villa Bethesda can accommodate up to 175 ceremony guests. The estate home sleeps up to 34 guests, while lodging just five minutes away at Bethesda Lake Resort & Cabins allows as many as 120 additional friends and family members to stay close to the celebration.
What makes Villa Bethesda special is the freedom couples have to create a wedding that genuinely feels like their own. We welcome outside vendors, offer BYOB flexibility, and provide options for everything from intimate celebrations to larger destination weddings.
Our packages range from single-afternoon or evening events to complete multi-day wedding experiences. Our Signature Weekend gives couples time to settle in, rehearse, celebrate, and enjoy the people who matter most without feeling rushed out the door. Instead of gathering for only the ceremony and reception, families can spend the weekend swimming, relaxing, playing games, and making memories together.
Our goal is simple: to help couples feel comfortable, supported, and free to enjoy the experience they have spent months planning.
