Working with The Cutting Board staff was terrific! Nan and her team handled so much at the wedding that my husband and and I could relax and enjoy ourselves. During planning, she listened to my daughter’s ideas and they discussed everything until Nan knew exactly what we wanted. She often had more ideas to improve on ideas we had. TheCutting Board handled cocktail hour food, dinner, cake, dessert table, flowers, fireworks, and decorating and it was all amazing.

We had SO many compliments on how good the food was at our wedding!! I’ve never heard so many people rave about wedding food before. They were flexible and very affordable, I will absolutely be using them again!!

I cannot praise Nan enough! If not for her I would have been lost. Absolutely amazing staff!

The cutting board is a perfect choice for any catered event! They provide the most amazing service followed up by scrumptious meals! Prime rib is so tender and flavorful while the fried shrimp has this crunch and deliciousness that would make anyone smile! I even airfried some fried shrimp the next day and it was just as yummy. Thank you cutting board for everything you do!

I was so excited to get a quote as we planned on hiring the cutting board for our wedding in march 2025, I got ahold of nan the owner and she was very nice on the phone we went over everything she sent me a menu and we decided on everything. I called her and she wrote it all down told me give her a day or so and she would email me my quote. A few days went by I never received anything. I sent a text asking about it. She responded she was traveling and would be back in a few weeks. After that I never heard anything I texted her I emailed I even wrote on wedding wire to her I called her and she pretended like she couldn’t hear me at all and just hung up on me. Still to this day I’ll never know why they ghosted me. Maybe because my soon to be husband is African-American and she felt some type of way. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone very unprofessional and no communication.
