Delight in the charm of Minden, Louisiana's delightful secluded wedding setting, The Courtyard Event Venue, on your wedding day.

We are the only event space in North Louisiana that offers a quaint outdoor courtyard and two unique indoor brick warehouses, along with a historic bridal area and groom's room. We can accommodate up to 150 guests and are able to set up for weddings, baby showers, family reunions, or parties.

The indoor spaces are part of a two-story building that was built in 1923 as a wholesale grocery warehouse and a hay storage area. It includes a foyer area that leads into the big assembly area with access to the groom's room, an outdoor courtyard, and a smaller warehouse. The Bridal Suite is upstairs with a beautiful decorative iron staircase that leads down into the courtyard.

Facilities and Capacity

Begin your special day in our well-equipped, get-ready suite, where comfort is key. This historic room can be found in a 100-year-old building, overlooking the greenery of the courtyard, and even features some original, antique fixtures. With warm furnishings, mirrors, and a full bathroom, this room is the perfect place to relax and prepare before your nuptials. For your wedding ceremony and reception of up to 120 people, the courtyard will serve as an idyllic backdrop. You and your loved ones will be transported from the moment you step through the black iron gates. Say your vows under the pergola with a gentle breeze flowing through the space, and dance the night away below the glowing bistro lights as the sun sets. Your event can even spill into the street for an authentic Nolaesque party. If you would like an indoor space in which to celebrate, the warehouse will be open soon and can be rented out in conjunction with the outdoor area.

The Courtyard Event Venue offers multiple rental options, making it easy to accommodate your personal needs. The venue also has a range of included rental items that couples are welcome to use. Tables and chairs that fit with the venue's aesthetic are available to populate the space. You will also have access to their high-quality Bluetooth speakers to enjoy the music of your choice. When you book here, you are also invited to use the property for a pre-wedding photoshoot. With so many secret, hidden gems in and around the venue, the images you take will be unforgettable.
