The Bloomin' Dragonfly is designer owned and operated. We are committed to offering only the highest quality flowers and gifts, and to provide the best service. Co-owner Krista Zeiger is an established designer with many accomplishments and milestones in her career. Krista started as a floral clerk and worked her way up the business. With over 20 years of experience, she has managed a total of 22 stores, including 4 at one time and had her customers following her up to a 40 mile distance.

Store Hours

Our shop is open from 9a.m. to 4pm., Monday through Saturday. Hours may be extended during the holidays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Delivery Policy

For areas up to 3 miles away from the shop no delivery fee will be charged. A delivery fee of $6.50 will be added to each order, for each address more than 3 miles away.

Orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Our shop serves the following places:

Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Saint Johns. If you are not located in one of those places, we may still be able to deliver to you. Please call us to let us know you are interested in a delivery.
