I can not express how thankful I am to have worked with Baltimore Tent Company for several of our rentals. We rented a tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, and other items and I have no complaints. The staff was amazing to work with, incredibly helpful, very attentive and very friendly. They were flexible with last minute changes, and additional needs due to weather. I appreciate vendors like this so much when preparing for weddings. Thanks again!

Rented a fantastic 20'x30' frame tent w/ lights at a much lower cost than many other local (Baltimore) tent providers. Also rented (5) 60" round tables and white chairs at a very reasonable price. JoAnn was great when I had questions or need to make changes over the phone. Highly recommend!

I must give this vendor a "2" because we were very disappointed. Everything was going fine until the day of the event (the most important day!). The owner promised us that he would bring sidewalls for the tent in time for the wedding, and it did not happen. We called and called, but no response. They were never delivered, and it rained and rained for a good hour. Everyone's feet were soaked and the ground around the tables were muddy. If we would have had the walls, as was discussed and promised, none of that would have happened.

Also, I told him a couple times that I only needed a certain amount of chairs, but they delivered way too many chairs... which ended up just being stacked in one corner, wasting more of our precious dry space.

We made the most of it, but his service was unacceptable. Wishy-washy.. I don't even think they got back to us until two days later.

Terrible service, not worth the low price. During initial contact with them, it took 3 days minimum to get a response any time I reached out. They changed sales reps on me half way through and the second guy sent me a contract with the wrong wedding date. They showed up late, both at drop off and pickup. The chairs tables and bars were extremely dirty, we had to wipe everything down ourselves. One bar fell apart after we set liquor bottles on the shelving. We quickly realized it was missing hardware. The only reason they get two stars is because the price was lower than any other place, but I would not use their services again, and do not recommend them.

My experience with the Baltimore Tent Company was terrible. They were slow with paperwork, they did not make the committed date for delivery of the tents and chairs, and the product they delivered (tents, tables, chairs) were old, dirty, sticky, and rusty, and I have the pictures to prove it. Dave's attitude was terrible, but I must admit his workers were decent young men. I would NEVER recommend this vendor to anyone.
