That’s Amore Ice Cream is a vintage ice cream truck catering weddings and special events throughout North Charleston, South Carolina. We arrive at your venue in "Bella," our beautifully restored 1971 British ice cream van, and serve a premium, ultra-creamy soft serve that you won't find anywhere else in the States.

Whether you are looking for a fun alternative to a traditional wedding cake, a unique late-night snack for your guests, or just an incredible retro photo op, we bring the dessert and the experience. We pair a 50-year European ice cream legacy with classic Southern hospitality to give your guests something they’ll be talking about long after the reception ends. In addition to sumptuous vanilla soft-serves, you can opt for premium and classic toppings, ranging from rainbow or chocolate sprinkles to Ghirardelli® Sea Salt Caramel or Fudgy Brownie Bites, to name just a few. That’s Amore Ice Cream also offers the possibility of custom-created sundaes or menus to match your vision.

History

Alyssa Fella is the company’s proud founder, who started That's Amore Ice Cream with the goal of introducing Charleston to genuine European ice cream culture. Alyssa married into the Fella family, a line of dedicated and passionate ice cream business owners in England, in 2015 after meeting her husband while traveling. She sampled their renowned vanilla soft serve on her first visit to meet the family. She fell in love with its light, velvety texture as it was unlike anything she had encountered back home. Soon, Alyssa became fully immersed in the ice cream culture of the UK and discovered the family secrets that go into producing high-quality goods and providing outstanding customer service.
