Jean was our driver on 10/19/19. Jean is the best and a beautiful soul! She was on time and prompt at Chapel at the Park to Park Vista Hotel for the reception. Jean is an angel and we will never forget her or our beautiful soulmate advice she us before leaving to go into the Venue.

We choose sweethearts for our transportation Randy and his team were amazing to work with. His driver Dennis went above and beyond for us! He gave us everything we needed for a wonderful night! Would highly recommended them

They were very professional and the car was nice and affordable.

They were great. Price was exceptional, driver was professional and overall service was top notch.

I hired Sweetheart's Limo for my wedding, and I was slightly disappointed. We had the white stretch limo, and it was dirty and looked old (inside and out). The driver was 15 minutes late (causing us to miss some pictures). When we inquired about using the wine glasses in the limo, the driver reported that he wasn't sure if they were clean or not? :P Not sure I would chose this service for your wedding.

I booked an itinerary for my wife and friends with sweetheart limos. They told me the duration I paid signed contract, and then when the limo got there, they said they could not do the itinerary and the duration they agreed to, and they also sent a limo with no air condition.

Terrible experience and the worst company. We had 2 Limousines for our wedding. The big luxury Limousine was not Luxury at all. The AC was not working and it was very hot that day. We had 2 old ladies (in 80s) and kids in that car. It was a big health risk on them to put then in that situation. The kids almost got heat stroke inside the car. And the worst part was when I asked the driver who claimed that he is the owner of the company as well about the AC and why it is not working. He answered saying that he knew it about it for a month but there is nothing he can do about it!!!!! I honestly didn’t expect this answer at all. If you know that your AC is not working you should’ve told us from the beginning, so we could’ve got another company. He was very unprofessional to us and to our guests. Nobody was happy with their services. After the wedding we contacted them to ask for refund since that was not really a “luxury car” with broken AC. Randy the owner was so unprofessional and disrespectful to my wife and he hung up on her when she called to complain after the wedding . We asked him multiple times before the wedding for updated contract and he never sent us. Summary: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
