The value was OUTSTANDING! If you’re considering it, go for it. All our guests adored the view in the villas. The pictures don’t do it justice. You’ll get exactly what you see on their website website (if not better). The staff were all very personable and the location is great since it’s close to many of the major tourist attractions. I felt like Stonefield really went out of their way in accommodating our group to try and keep us comfortable during our stay… they even knew us by name and room! The absolute only thing I wish could have been different was perhaps the menu for the wedding day- we couldn’t do a tasting and I wish we could have because we would have made a couple changes due to personal preference (nothing was poorly done though). The food and drinks at the Mango Tree were very good. We stayed Tuesday- Sunday and never got bored of the menu. Our group loved it so much that there is already talk of booking another visit in the next few years!

As soon as we arrived to Stonefield our family was greeted at the front office with cold towels and fresh juice. The sign in process was quick and easy and they drove us to our villas and unloaded all of our luggage for us. Our entire stay was phenomenal. The views, the food, the staff, everything exceeded our expectations.

Before arriving we were in contact with Valna the onsite wedding planner. She had all of our details in place for when we arrived. The experience was simple and made planning enjoyable!

On our wedding day, Katrina made sure that everything was handled. She went above and beyond for us and made the entire day stress free. We even had a surprise in our villa waiting for us when we got back later that evening. Every little detail was taken care of and we felt so special. I can’t stress enough how happy we are that we made this decision. We are already planning a trip back!

We selected Stonefield to be our main guest accommodations and host our reception for our destination wedding. Our experience here was absolutely incredible and we look forward to returning many times in the years to come.

The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning views from nearly everywhere. The property is large enough to feel like you have a fair amount of privacy, but small enough to feel exclusive. All of the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and would go above and beyond for you. We loved that they remembered us each day, providing a level of personalized service throughout our stay. The villas were just wonderful. I loved how secluded they felt, the large private pools, and the outdoor showers. Our experience as guests was amazing and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Valna, the events coordinator for the resort, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our planner (Michele at Awesome Caribbean Weddings) handled most of the communication and coordination for the reception, but we worked with Valna directly to secure our room block and to host a welcome party for our guests. She was extremely professional and responsive, always answering our endless questions. Valna made it easy for us to just sit back and enjoy our wedding week with zero stress. We knew we were in good hands. It was nice that she was on-site in the lobby most days so we could easily pop in and ask questions if anything came up.

We hosted our welcome party at Mango Tree Restaurant, the on-property dining outlet, during the time they were closed for dinner set up. Again, you have incredible views from here and it was the perfect place to gather all of our guests before the wedding. We provided a selection of canapes, beer, and wine to our guests. The food was delicious and the staff was on top of ensuring nobody had an empty drink.

Our reception was in the Events Centre, which is a beautiful space just behind the lobby. We held cocktail hour in the grassy area with dinner inside the center. It's a fairly large space that more than comfortably fit our 50 guests and dinner buffet. The dance floor was on the patio outside next to the pool, which again offers those incredible views of the Pitons. Service was once again outstanding. When we sat down to eat, I was starting to crash and asked if they had any Red Bull. They didn't, but a staff member went to the store to get me one, going above and beyond yet again. Guests are still raving about the venue and the food. I was nervous about having a buffet, but everything we tasted exceeded our expectations. The pool in the venue was also a huge hit with many of our guests spending the last hour of the night partying in it.

Stonefield is an amazing resort and the perfect place for a wedding reception. We had an incredible time here and look forward to our next stay!

My husband and I got married here in February and we had the most amazing experience. From the very beginning, Stonefield's Weddings & Events Coordinator Valna was an absolute angel to work with, so incredibly responsive and patient with our many questions.

We had such a magical stay at Stonefield and our wedding day was truly the happiest day of my life. From the Petit Piton view, to the stunning sunsets and the charm of this property, Stonefield is a beautiful resort and wedding venue. Your guests will be so impressed. My husband and I were married in a private ceremony at Stonefield resort on February 18, 2014. We had a flawless and unforgettable experience, from the amazing service by Valna and the wedding coordination team, to Peter, our photographer and the lovely ladies at the beauty salon that did my hair and makeup. I sincerely could not have asked for a better wedding day. Even our post wedding meal and cake at the Villa was amazing and unbelievably romantic. My husband and I are forever grateful to the staff at Stonefield Resort and we will never forget you.

This place is gorgeous, I've stayed there 3 separate times. St Lucia is my happy place, I've been visiting for several years. We had planned to rent the entire resort for our wedding and were absolutely crushed when we had to make the difficult decision to cancel and move to a different resort. Valna had been wonderful helping me plan for several months, but when I asked for certain details she suggested that it was above her pay grade and I needed to hire a professional wedding planner. That makes sense and I understood that I was looking for a more bespoke and custom experience and needed further help on the island to make my dream wedding happen. I hired the wedding planner she suggested and then had an awful experience with that vendor. That wedding planner ruined my wedding and all the good vibes we get when we very regularly visit St Lucia. We didn't feel we would be comfortable using this as our venue because they had recommended the wedding planner so highly so we moved our event to another venue on the island. We are truly saddened that a recommended vendor ruined our experience and left such a bad taste in our mouths. Stonefield was our dream and Valna was excellent. Stick with her planning or talk to djs and makeup artists on the island before hiring a planner, they will steer you in the right direction.
