Star Meadows Ranch is a farm wedding venue located in Whitefish, Montana. The stunning facility is a small, family-owned ranch that sits on 360 acres in the foothills of the Salish Mountains. The space is unique in its all-inclusive style, as it not only offers an overwhelmingly beautiful wedding location, but charming overnight accommodations for you and your guests as well. The many different homes that sit on-site provide the perfect space for your loved ones to relax after a day of celebrating, and gives them an opportunity to explore the property. Beyond just a cozy place to stay, Star Meadows Ranch also features an endless amount of unforgettable backdrops for wedding photos, so you and your spouse can create memories to last a lifetime.

Facilities and Capacity
Star Meadows Ranch offers different setting types for you to choose from depending on personal preference, including indoor, covered outdoor, and uncovered outdoor options. No matter what you select, you and your guests will have no shortage of scenic views to enjoy throughout the entire celebration. The property consists of 360 acres of meadow, forest, and Sheppherd and Griffin creeks. The facility is divided into two sets of infrastructure, including the old homestead and the new custom cabins. The old homestead has a main lodge, bunkhouse, barn, and several other outbuildings including the original trappers cabin, while the new cabins are where up to 85 of your guests can stay between 4 custom lodge style cabins, 3 A-frame homes, and 4 glamping tents. For pre-ceremony preparations, the wedding party can utilize the charming get-ready rooms. WiFi and parking are provided, and Star Meadows Ranch is a pet-friendly facility. Up to 300 wedding guests are welcome.

Services Offered
An event planner from Star Meadows Ranch is happy to help you and your partner to plan every detail of your wedding from start to finish. You are welcome to hold your ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, and engagement party at the ranch. Elopements can also be accommodated upon request. The facility offers one, two, three or four-day packages for you to choose from, which gives you and your loved ones ample time to relax and decorate the space. On the day of the wedding, the on-site staff can assist with setup and cleanup so that you have less to worry about. Outside vendors are welcome, and Star Meadows Ranch can provide you with a list of trusted options. There are several event items available for you to use, including:

Location
Star Meadows Ranch is located about 30 minutes from downtown Whitefish, Montana. The town features great restaurants, nightlife, Big Mountain Resort, a golf course, and unique shops. Glacier National Park is approximately 40 minutes from downtown Whitefish as well. The owners of Star Meadows Ranch live about one mile from the cabins on the facility if you should need anything during your stay.
