Signing up for the limo and signing the contract was a breeze no real big problems. They guy on the phone was very friendly and helped me figure out all the details. I was able to go look at the limo before the wedding day so that was really nice. On the other hand the day I walked in to go look at the limo we walked in to two employees yelling and cursing, so that was NOT very welcoming.
As our wedding day approached, I was very very disappointed with the service. The driver did show up on time, but we took a little longer with pictures so he just had to wait. Well when we were finally ready to head on to the reception, we all got in the limo and the air conditioner was NOT on! There were 14 people in this limo at noon in the middle of the summer! We have all the guys in tuxes, me in my dress and one pregnant bridesmaid. It made for the most uncomfortable 30 minute ride. When I signed my contract it said this limo would fit 14 people comfortably, well there was 14 of us and we are all normal size people, well I had to have some of the groomsmen sit on the bar/cooler ledge so we could all fit. The heat and not cooled air conditioned car was just dreadful! And to top it off the limo driver asked me several times to sign paper work. I specifically went in to the limo place weeks before the wedding to make my last payment and sign all necessary documents so i was furious that he kept bothering me about. Then when he dropped us off at our reception he had the nerve to tell me that the only charge not paid was the TIP!
The only good thing he did was have cold waters ready for us while we were outside taking pictures. I do not think he deserved what we gave him, but I didn't even want to deal with it.

I heard these guys are responsible for a van full of people wrecking this weekend. Because of faulty tires. Check kob ch 4

I rented a party bus for transportation from the church to the reception. The driver actually wrecked into our photographers car and didnt offer to extend our time or reimburse us for the time out of our block for this. A week later, I received a 110.00 charge on my credit card. I immediately called them and the person I spoke with, Christian was so rude and condescending, stating that someone literally vomitted in the party bus. I had read of these types of experiences on other websites so before we exited the bus, we had the driver confirm that the bus was acceptable to ensure we did not incure any additional charges. He said it was good to go. When I explained this to Christian he made several excuses and was beyond rude. I asked for some kind of proof that this actually happened. He said he doesnt go around taking pictures of throw up and that we were lucky they didnt charge the whole 250.00 that I signed that I would pay in a situation where there were damages. I explained that I was happy to pay if there were damages but we went above and beyond to be sure that there was NOTHING wrong with this party bus when we were finished. I wish I would have listened to the other reviews I read saying that they made a practice of charging extra charges and the horrible customer service we received. I would not have done business with this company if I would have known how completely unethical these folks are.
