Where do I Start! GREAT food, fresh and hot! The service we got from spitfire was wonderful! You get to pick and taste test your food before the wedding day. They bring extra food the day of just in case...so no worries about running out. They are fast with communicating and again the food was perfection. I even had three guests through out the night tell me how it was the best wedding meal they have ever had.

AMAZING FOOD! They were very professional, cleaned up, brought everything we needed and were super responsive! We received a lot of compliments on the food! It was great to have food that was outside of the "typical wedding menu". A+ !!

Spitfire in Fargo, ND catered for us for our wedding! The food was incredible! Steve, the catering manager was great to work with and made sure everything was perfect! Our guests raved about the food! Our favorite part was that we were able to keep some of the leftovers which was so awesome for the next day!
