Allison May started making charcuterie boards for friends and family in late 2019 and loved seeing people enjoy her boards. So, she kept making them. Allison's catering and event management background has given her insight into how people experience the catering side of an event. While in catering, she worked on anything from small conferences to weddings with 500 guests. Allison loves to travel, leading her to try some of the world's most amazing meats and cheeses.

Spice Charcuterie is based in Central Illinois. Allison will drive within a 30-minute radius of Champaign to ensure each board's quality. If you are outside that radius, you can email Allison to determine if delivery is viable.

It all began with a love for cheese. Who doesn’t love cheese? I started making charcuterie boards for my friends and family in late 2019. I loved seeing people enjoy my boards, so I kept making them. My favorite thing is to see the destruction of a board I made. It tells me everyone had a good time. I especially love to work with clients to discover their tastes and how I can make the best board for their events. My unique background in catering and event management has given me insight into how people experience the catering side of an event. When I was in catering, I worked on occasions, from 500 people weddings to small conferences. I also have a passion for travel that has led me to try some of the world’s most amazing meats and cheeses. Let me work with you to add an extra memorable foodie experience to your event.
