Poor communicate, Not Professional
This venue was on one of my top picks when looking for a wedding venue. We contacted them with no response for awhile. I called and left a voicemail, and I had also sent an email. We had scheduled 1/24 at 11 am. I got an email on 1/20 asking if we could reschedule for 1pm instead since she had forgot she has a Drs. appointment at 11 am. So of course I said yes since this was one of our tops choices. I then get a text on 1/24 the day we are supposed to go look at this venue saying she can't make it and asked if we could reschedule for a different day since she was sick, not a problem people get sick. I asked if that Saturday would work and never got a response.
After being CANCELLED on and times moved around it already left a sour taste in our mouths about this place. I am just thinking if my wedding was on the day she forget about her Drs. appointment or if she was sick on that day would they have cancelled my wedding?
