Without Something Borrowed Vintage Rentals there for me on my special day, I don't think our wedding would have been as memorable and beautiful. Ms. Juanita and Ms. Tara were truly angels in helping us in the months and days leading up to the wedding, and Ms. Tara and her husband were there the day of the wedding, working harder than I'd ever seen anyone work! Because Ms. Juanita was out of town that day, Tara spent all morning and afternoon transforming the already beautiful grounds of Layton Castle, into something so extraordinary and simply magical, I have not gone a day without someone seeing the photographs and suggesting we submit our wedding into all of the wedding magazines!
The one-of-a-kind antique pieces of furniture, chabby chic painted bird cages filled with tealights, hand designed burlap and lace candles, strings of rose garland made out of pages from old books, stacks of old books, old typewriters with lavender blooming from the keys... I mean... there is no end to how many beautiful things were brought to the table, and how everything was pulled together like magic.
I've said this on another review, but I'll say it again, more girls/women need to get on the websites, just like Wedding Wire, and POST FEEDBACK about your Vendors!!!! Because I live in Los Angeles, and had to plan my DIY wedding from over 1,000 miles away, not having any reference points for vendors really made it difficult to do 90% of the things I needed to do for the wedding. However, the one Vendor that was a no brainer from day one was Something Borrowed.
For everything that was provided: from the delivery, to the designer set-up, and everything in between and after; I could not thank this wonder team more for the outstanding job they did making our wedding so unbelievably beautiful and unforgettable. Bravo ladies, Bravo!!!!
Sincerely,
Hope + David
