Chef Barr began his culinary experience at the side of his grandfather and father in a backyard BBQ pit. His life of service took a turn away from cuisine and into Emergency Medicine where Dorian has spent 27 years as a Paramedic and Fireman. During COVID, Chef was hospitalized and out of work for several months. This is when he decided to go to Culinary School and continue to serve his community differently. He now owns his own Food Truck and Catering Company while still maintaining his work as a Paramedic. Dorian loves to take care of others be it in an ambulance or through the kitchen. Chef has had the opportunity to cater simple backyard BBQ weddings as well as plated, upscale, coursed weddings and parties. Each event is special and unique and is tailored to the couple and their wishes.
