Honey did a fantastic job on our wedding cake! It was beautiful and tasted amazing. It was so fresh and moist on our wedding day. Our guests loved it! My only complaint was that I didn't get enough of it during our wedding. :) Honey also offered to make us an "anniversary" cake so we didn't have to worry about freezing our top layer. Honey was so easy to work with from our tasting to our big day. We didn't have to worry about a thing.

Honey at Simply Sweet Cakes saved our day! She is extremely easy to work with, very responsive, and her prices are very reasonable. I gave her an idea of what we wanted for a more custom grooms cake, and it was better than I imagined. Not only did she deliver a perfect cake right on time, but our other cake vendor failed to show up with our main wedding cake. Although very disappointing, it made me so grateful I found her and used two vendors after all. Even with that curve ball, everyone was able to enjoy a piece of cake, and we were able to keep the top for next year. I will come back to Simply Sweet Cakes for any of our cake needs going forward!!

I contacted this vendor seriously at the last minute. The cake vendor that my wedding planner initially contacted to use was to undecided for me. Even after the wedding planner had already spoken to them and made a trip to see that vendor. They were not really sure if what I wanted could be done which was unsettling to me. When I contacted Simply Sweet Cakes she already had a cake to do that day but was able to fit me in her schedule. Thank God because I was panicking. The cake that Simply Sweet Cakes made for me was the prettiest, best tasting cake that I have ever seen at a wedding! Even weeks after my wedding, people are still talking about it! It was beautifully made and assembled and was delicious. And it was delivered when I needed it. What else could you ask for? 4 layers, 4 flavors and gorgeous! Thank you Simply Sweet Cakes!

Honey was FANTASTIC to work with!! We had an idea of what we wanted for our wedding cake and she absolutely nailed it!! However, it took a while for us to decide on a grooms cake, but she was very patient and helped us find just what my hubby wanted. Her cakes are stunning and delicious!! From what I'd seen online I was expecting a lot of fondant for the smooth surfaces, but no. Honey does all that with butter cream and an insanely steady hand! (I'm sure she would use fondant if you really wanted). I was FLOORED by her work and didn't think she would be in our budget, but was I wrong!! She was one of the best vendors we chose for our day! Everyone at the wedding loved her work and I've passed her info along to other brides searching for their dream cake. Couldn't have been happier!!

Honey Chappel from Simply Sweet Cakes is amazing! She has made a cake for my wedding shower, my wedding, and my grandma's birthday! We will be using her for life for any occasion that requires a cake, You give her an idea of what you want and she makes it perfect! She also has many delicious flavors to choose from!

I cannot say enough good things about Honey Chappell and her marvelous cakes! They are not only beautiful...they are delicious! She has done my daughter's wedding shower cake, wedding cake, and mom's birthday cake and folks raved about them. She can create anything you can imagine and has a wide selection of flavors. I never want to buy a store bought cake again!

Made a great cake for our wedding. We got a lot of compliments for it.

We ordered a cake 20 days to our daughter’s birthday, note this was a physical order,we spent over 2 hours at her office , first she’s very unpleasant and a bloody racist . A classiest who only started being nice after she saw our huge order . After spending 2 hours with her, we paid in full , left all details including delivery address and she personally told us she will deliver with the last delivery for the day before the birthday. I thought we had an understanding and left.few days later, an event planner we were working with informed us there might be a mixup with the date with the bakery, I called immediately and clarified that again and thought everyone was on the same page . Note , this was a physical order , full payment was made and every detail written down . This very unpleasant lady disappointed my daughter on her birthday . No cake , no delivery . Just to tell me she didn’t have my address , and was emailing and texting . I didn’t see a call or maybe she wrote down a wrong email or sent to a wrong email . And then telling me on my daughters birthday it’s not her fault. No iota of sympathy for the poor child . This lady should be called down . She’s terrible . No apologies. Instead she’s saying she won’t work with me in the future . This is few mins after I realized she’s disappointed us and still very upset . She has no feelings and doesn’t care about her clients . She hates kids and is a blood racist
