The best wedding food! I have received so many calls, text messages, and just comments after the wedding that the food was the best wedding food they have ever had. And its so affordable especially compared to other caterers. I love that everyone loved the food!

Shorty's Back Forty is amazing! They catered my daughter's wedding. We ordered the BBQ ribs and chicken buffet. The caterers arrived to the venue on time and were very professional. The food was prepared on sight. They used live grilling. It smelled so wonderful when our guests were arriving to the reception hall. The staff set up the buffet and provided everything needed for our guests. The food tasted amazing!! Their prices are very reasonable and worth every cent. The owner, Nick Mancy, is very professional and responsive. We highly recommend working with him!

Food was all the rage of our guests, they loved it. There was a mistake made by the vendor as they forgot the salad we ordered, but the owner personally apologized, hand delivered a refund check to the reception and took 100% responsibility for the error. I would not hesitate to use this vendor again.
