My wedding with route from the church to downtown was an unforgettable. I loved everything, from shape of the bus to the personnel . To the venues and locations we went to. I appreciate Shofur for making this event happen. I'll book for any other special event I might have

The amount of energy to be able to find a bus at an affordable price was through Shofur. their sales agents worm with great efficiency. I ended making amazing memories alongside my colleagues!

Shofur gave us an initial quote to work with but it didn't really fit our budget at the time. Then A manager at Shofur, Evan, offered us flexibility and we ended up with an itinerary that was both smart and affordable. We were impressed and the event was a huge success!

I used Shofur for my wedding and it was the most successful event around. a minibus was provided as a shuffle to transport our guests. They were impressed by the efficacy of this this service. Eric, the driver, moved people fast but in a safely manner.

Be aware that this company is a contractor. I hired them to shuttle hotel guests from hotel to venue less than 1 mile away in downtown Brooklyn and had a terrible experience. Be sure to check the type of vehicle you are getting and make it is what you need. It was not clear to me that for >24 passengers is a full-size tour bus is provided. I gave an estimate early on; was never asked to verify a final count. They contracted a company that supposedly was familiar with the area but clearly a tour bus was not able to make it through the tight streets and the driver was not able to navigate close enough; required mother of bride's help to give directions and ceremony was delayed to wait for guests who missed cocktail hour completely. Poor guidance from Shofur and poor performance from contracted company whom they defended as compenent. -- NOT

I repeat, DO NOT USE SHOFUR. My wedding ceremony had to be delayed 1 hour because of them and their incompetent drivers and customer service. They are terrible to work with and I caution any bride to use them. They truly made my wedding day such a headache. 30 minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle I was on the phone trying to track down where the bus was that was bringing my guests to the venue. I honestly have never had a more terrible experience. DO NOT USE THEM. Seriously, just don't.
