A rustic barn venue with sweeping views in NE Tennessee (Church Hill/Tri-Cities area). We have a beautiful outdoor wedding location and a barn for the reception and/or for the ceremony if weather requires. We can accommodate up to 100 guests. The barn has a beautiful bride's room with a private bathroom, a groom's room, 2 lovely guest bathrooms, and a large kitchen. There is also a round pen (for dancing or a bonfire) and lean-to. We have 100 chairs and 20 tables, lots of decor. for guests to use if they'd like, pots, pans, chafing dishes, table clothes, a speaker and microphone, and also games: Giant Jenga, Corn Hole, Giant Connect Four. There are beautiful sweeping views of the fields down to the Holston River and the Mts. We have made things flexible for those on a budget by allowing you to bring in your own food and do as much of the planning as you'd like with the items we've provided.
