Priyanka at Sensational Decor (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Sensational-Decor/249947575047762) was pleasant and seemed eager to please. however there were 1-2 details in her work that were lacking - i letthem go at the time but when i see them in photos even a year after the wedding i am annoyed by them being so wrong. nothing was catastrophic, and to the guests, the decor was beautiful and modern.

The worst vendor I have had to deal with for my wedding. She promised us things that she was incapable of doing herself. She says the nicest things before you book her and once she received her 50% of payment in advance, she did not even have the decency to call and let me know that she had received my money order. Not only that, after me calling multiple times and leaving her messages asking if she received my payment, it took her over two weeks to get back to me. She was the worst at picking up her phone or returning phone calls, even minutes before our wedding reception. We had less than half an hour left before our cocktail hour and she was no where to be found for our center pieces/decorations. She sent her mother at the last minute with her 4 year old sister at the venue to setup for our 300+ event. She did not set up our place card guest table as she had promised either and my bridesmaids had to work on it at the last minute. I WOULD NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS HIRE PRIYANKA FROM SENSATIONAL DECOR FOR ANY EVENT. She is the most unprofessional person I have met. Once she gets her money, she wont pick up/return your calls. BEWARE!
