The treatments simply did not work. I completed around 7 sessions at their Cherry Creek location but saw barely any results. I voiced my concerns during my last 3-4 appointments, and each time I was told they were "trying something different." It became obvious the treatments were a waste of my time, so I stopped going before finishing my remaining prepaid sessions.

I previously had laser hair removal in another city with fantastic results.

The customer service has been even more disappointing. After I stopped going for sessions, my credit card was compromised and my autopay never transferred to my new card. Instead of Semper reaching out to let me know a payment had failed, they sent me over to a debt collector. I learned of this via text from a collections agency that looked so much like spam, I almost ignored it.

Since then, I have called Semper’s office and left multiple voicemails, sent multiple emails and text messages, and even gone in person to try to speak with someone. I still haven't been able to get confirmation that the debt is legitimate or get a copy of my contract.

Between ineffective treatments and awful customer service, spare yourself and look elsewhere.
