The venue was excellent. The host is a very professional, but also lovely warm person with a great sense of humour. The location is amazing.

Seaside restaurant hosted our wedding lunch in the middle of a pandemic and a rare cyclone and delivered such an exceptionally high quality of food, service and flexibility that there are no words to convey how grateful we are to the team. All the tables and decorations were moved to shelter from the wind, whilst our guests sipped wine indoors. Our wedding was saved! The restaurant is situated in a beautiful location over the sea and delivers elevated greek dishes and sophisticated wines - highly recommend!

Costas and his staff at Seaside served up the perfect day for our daughter’s wedding in June 2018. We had the wedding service and ‘wedding breakfast’ there and also hired the accommodation for the week of the wedding (for our bridesmaids).

The Restaurant has a very good reputation on the island as being a cut above the rest for its setting, quality food and service. A wedding for 60 guests, most unfamiliar with Greece, seemed to us more of a challenge but it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The formal arrangements, including navigating the Greek legal requirements, were painlessly dealt with by Costas’ recommended wedding planner ( Clare Salisbury). The rest was down to Costas and his wonderful staff. The setting, on the banks of Vlicho Bay, is beautiful and romantic. We were given plenty of options for menu choices and so were able to choose food which was of high culinary standard, had more than a hint of Greek cuisine in it, but was acceptable to those not familiar with Greek food. We were able to set and decorate the tables the we wanted them and our requirements for the bar ( what was to be free and what wasn’t on the day) were adhered to sensitively. Throughout the day, Costas and his staff were there usual charming and attentive selves. Indeed, when we returned to Seaside a couple of months later for dinner, one of the waiters sought us out just to say how much HE had enjoyed our daughter’s wedding, even though he was working on the day.

The bill was as we expected and as we had agreed - no extras, no surprises.

I’ve no hesitation at all in recommending this venue for a stylish, romantic, waterfront Greek wedding.
