As a wedding planner for Olivia and Paul’s wedding, I had the pleasure of working with Sara Romagnoli and would happily recommend her to future brides.

From the beginning, she was fantastic to work with—kind, professional, and very attentive to the couple’s vision. She took the time to truly understand the bride’s vision and was extremely accommodating in bringing it to life.

One of the things that stood out most was her flexibility with a last-minute addition just a week or two before the wedding. She was able to step in and accommodate the request without hesitation, which made a meaningful difference in ensuring everything came together seamlessly.

Her communication throughout the process was excellent. She was responsive, thoughtful in her follow-ups, and proactive in making sure nothing fell through the cracks when she hadn’t heard back. Overall, she was a pleasure to work with and a wonderful addition to the vendor team.

During such an emotional and sometimes overwhelming time, her support meant more to me than I can express.

With her empathetic, compassionate, and caring nature, Sara creates an atmosphere where you instantly feel relaxed and at ease. She radiates such positivity and calmness that all the nervousness simply melts away. On the morning of my wedding, I was naturally very nervous, but after just a few minutes with her, I felt completely at peace. She gave me the confidence that everything would be perfect, and that reassurance was truly priceless.

The styling itself was absolutely flawless. Sara not only brought my vision to life but exceeded all of my expectations. My hair and makeup looked stunning, lasted beautifully throughout the entire day, and still felt natural. I have never felt so beautiful while still feeling completely like myself. The countless compliments I received throughout the day are a true reflection of her exceptional talent.

What makes Sara truly special, however, is her personality. She pours so much passion, dedication, and love into her work that you can genuinely feel how much she cares about every single bride. She is so much more than just a stylist—she is someone who brings calm, confidence, and joy to one of the most meaningful days of your life.

I am incredibly grateful that our paths crossed and that I had the privilege of getting to know you. Your beautiful work and your wonderful personality played such an important role in making our wedding day truly unforgettable and absolutely perfect. Sara and Bianca did an amazing job with my hair and makeup, as well as my guests’ hair and makeup. Sara was very communicative and professional yet friendly from first booking up through the wedding day. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of my hair and makeup. I also wasn’t able to do a trial since I am not from the area, but I was able to communicate with Sara what I wanted and they were able to execute perfectly. I would definitely recommend Sara, I was in love with my wedding day look.

My hair and makeup for my wedding was so amazing and exactly fit the inspo pictures I sent over. I was nervous as we didn’t have a trial beforehand, but they went above and beyond and I didn’t have a single thing I wanted to change. The team was professional and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend!

I was never really a “girly girl” (meaning I have no clue and interest in skin care & makeup), but Sara instantly made me comfortable from our very first (trial) meeting. I explained my vision to her, we talked it through and on the big day everyone - literally - everyone was amazed by my hair & makeup and how I looked. Sara truly made me a princess for our big day for which I cannot be grateful enough for. You are the best! If you’re looking for a make-up artist / hair stylist in Tuscany look no further. Sara is brilliant! Not only is she extremely talented, she is also a lovely person who will put you at ease, listen to your needs and work with you to make everything perfect. Her make up and hair skills are amazing, and everything stayed in place until 9am the next day when I finally went to bed. Sara made my wedding day so much more relaxed and I am so grateful for that. Sara and her assistant Bianca were absolutely wonderful!! From the very first call, I felt so comfortable with her. I have a hair pulling disorder and am missing some eyelashes, which I immediately disclosed to her. I felt very accepted and she immediately reassured me that it would not be an issue whatsoever with the make up process. The trial went really well, I loved the style of the make up, their energy was so calming and comfortable to be around - which for me was very important. Coordinating with them was also so easy leading up to the day of the wedding. They were flexible and willing to meet our needs, whether it was adding more family members, or discussing time slots. The actual day of the wedding they arrived on time and ready to get started. They were so pleasant and fun to chat with, and most importantly our hair and make up looked stunning!! My sister said it was the best make up she's ever done. It was incredible how every single person truly had a look tailored to them - no one looked the same. All of our looks lasted well into the evening and we got sooo many compliments on how beautiful we all looked. You could also tell that she's deeply passionate about her work, and she even helped me calm some of my nerves before stepping out for the wedding day. I would highly recommend working with Sara and cannot wait to see her again!!
