They offer spacious outdoor facilities with rolling hills and painted skies for as far as the eye can see. The surrounding farmlands also make for a perfect portrait backdrop you can’t find anywhere else. Whether you’re planning a laid-back country wedding or an elegant affair for all your friends and family, Sandhollow Weddings and Events will give you exactly what you need to make the day perfect.

Facilities and Capacity
Sandhollow Weddings and Events offers couples a beautiful outdoor space for weddings of up to 400 attendants. The fields and farmland offer a picturesque view of Southwest Idaho, including miles of open pastures and vivid sunsets. Near the main facility, Sandhollow features lush gardens with shade trees and seasonal blooms. These serve as perfect scenery for your ceremony site. A natural wood pergola is used for the primary ceremony site. It sits under the trees and is close to the reception site, which features string lights and a fire pit. Outdoor ceremonies are most popular at Sandhollow, however there is an indoor ceremony space available for inclement weather. Not only is there an indoor ceremony space, but two separate suites for the couple to get ready and make precious memories with friends before the big day.

Services Offered
Sandhollow helps couples prepare every detail of their perfect day from beginning to end. They want to make your wedding exactly as you envisioned and offer both services and rentals to make that happen. On site and included in price is round tables, ivory linens, and chairs to accommodate up to 180 guests. Event staff will help setup and tear down all decor both rented onsite and brought to the property. You will have access to the following:

  • Two full-size refrigerators
  • One small freezer
  • Fire pit with relaxing chairs
  • Round tables, chairs, and ivory linens up to 180 guests
  • Beautiful men’s and women’s restrooms, with A/C, running water with sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
  • Wine barrels for decoration purposes

  • Variety of lighting options for the evening reception

    Sandhollow Wedding and Events,
    Where can I even begin! The owners of Sandhollow wedding and events are absolutely amazing. Kristie, the main director and her husband Shane have opened up there lovely home and property to host amazing weddings! From the beginning of meeting Kristie and touring the venue, Kristie kept communication open all the time! Checking in about monthly, answering any and all questions we had, helping guide us to other vendors, ie) bar, catering, dancing, etc, the last month and a half, she checked in very often, asking if we needed help, giving pointers, and even became a friend with simply chatting about wedding dress fittings, asking about family and so much more!

    I could go on and on. She helped provide the wedding of our dreams, and it was absolutely so simple! An amazing bridal suite above the garage for the ladies, a man cave garage for the gentleman, super clean, rustic and so inviting- like you are in your own home with absolutely no worries!! Kristie took part in helping us play entrance and ceremony music, willing to jump in where ever and when ever she was needed. And her son, he was going around the venue taking adorable pictures capturing amazing moments, a wonderful helper for the day! At the end of the night, she was so kind to bring up her horses for amazing sunset images, something I simply asked of, and it was a yes absolutely from her and her Shane! I highly recommend Kristie and her venue, Sandhollow wedding and Events for your one and only special day! She helps bring your big day dreams come true!

    The wedding of our dreams❤️

    Our wedding day was nothing short of amazing thanks to Sandhallow Weddings and Events. Kristi was so much help during the whole process, she went out of her way to make sure my self, my bridal party, and my family felt right at home. Our guests were in awe of how beautiful the venue was; from the ceremony to the lighted reception area. If you are looking for a gorgeous country western venue, this is the place for you!
