Lauren happily shares her passions for photography and nutrition through online workshops and videos. Couples may call on this skilled professional to preserve the beautiful moments of their special day.

Services Offered

Salt and Light Studios offer high-resolution images for wedding day coverage, engagement sessions, and portraiture sessions. Lauren also offers additional hours of coverage and can enlist the services of a second photographer upon request. She is also willing to travel to cover destination weddings. Honestly the best photographer money could pay for!

Lauren is an amazing photographer! Not only are her photos amazing quality, but the creativity of her as a photographer is really impressive! She was our photographer for our wedding and it was refreshing to deal with a photographer of her caliber. She was creative with how she’d have us pose, making sure she found good/natural lighting, and we got married in a state park so she did amazing! During our wedding dinner it was really cool to see her looking around for photo opportunities while she was eating! You can tell she loves what she does and it shows in the quality of her photos! Thanks again Lauren!

Lauren is simply the best. She has a natural eye for photography and catching intimate moments. She makes the picture-taking experience so “light” and comfortable; her energy is unbeatable. She created such a fun, easy-going environment throughout my boyfriend and I’s “couple” session. She’s punctual, reliable, and she sticks to her word. I can’t say enough good things about her character or business, and I definitely recommend you check her out for your own photography needs!!!!
