A bespoke historic property with optional overnight accommodations. Ideal for rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, showers, receptions. Furniture can be removed on upper level for a $1,500 fee if you would like to have an indoor ceremony with a historic chapel feel, or a seated indoor reception for up to 60 people. Current confirguration supports seated dining for 18-28 guests, or indoor standing/sitting receptions with up to 50 guests at a time.

During the warmer months, outdoor ceremonies and receptions for larger groups are possible. Shuttle bus from parking lot may be necessary for larger groups. This can be coordinated by property owners on your behalf.

Current parking accommodates 15-30 cars. Ideal for small destination weddings, or rehearsal dinners for those having a destination wedding at one of the nearby ski resorts, like Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, Park City, or Deer Valley Resorts. Catering is not required, but it is recommended, and chef/catering recommednations can be provided upon request, along with a list of other event related vendors in the area.

Three private queen bedrooms with en-suite or dedicated bathrooms are on the lower level of the property, and can be rented for an additional fee for event related accommodations. An additional full sofa sleeper is located on the lower level as well, and a queen sofa sleeper is located on the upper level, along with a 4th bathroom that's used for event guests during the event.

The entire property can be rented for multiple days, or the upper level can just be rented for the event. Downstairs rental during event event preparations without the need for overnight accommodations can be added for an additional fee. Also ideal for bachelorette and bachelor weekend gatherings.
