Sabio on Main is a wedding venue situated in the heart of historic downtown Pleasanton, California. Located in the picturesque Livermore Valley Wine Country, the restaurant provides a perfect setting for a bridal shower, engagement party, elopement, rehearsal dinner and reception.

Experience
The incredible team at Sabio on Main is what sets them apart. The establishment is dedicated to their customers and community, and gives a portion of profits to local community causes. Executive chef Francis X. Hogan offers over 20 years of professional experience in the culinary industry. He has travelled the world honing his skills as a chef, cheese specialist and Level 1-certified sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers. He has cooked and studied under Michelin-starred chefs and previously worked at San Francisco’s Bluestem Brasserie. He is joined by owner Jim McDonnell, who is a renowned entrepreneur and CEO of Kenzen, a healthcare technology startup. He has travelled across the globe visiting celebrated restaurants and venues, and opened Sabio on Main to bring a world-class dining experience to Pleasanton.

Facilities and Capacity
The restaurant can accommodate intimate affairs of as few as 12 guests and up to 98 guests in the four event spaces. The Spanish-themed Castile Room can accommodate 24 seated guests. The Rose Ave Patio offers an indoor-outdoor space that seats 28 and can hold up to 40 guests for a reception. The outdoor Bar Patio is an intimate space for parties of 10 or fewer, overlooking the Plaza and Main Street. The Bar Takeover can accommodate up to 50 guests, and the Restaurant Takeover accommodates 65 seated guests or 95 for a reception.

Cuisine
Sabio on Main specializes in global tapas and customized menus, made with the freshest, locally-sourced seasonal ingredients prepared by executive chef Francis X. Hogan. The cuisine is complemented by craft cocktails and wine. Catering can be provided in buffet-style, family-style, plated meals, hors d'oeuvres and more.
