Do not book this vendor! Overall, insufficient communication, unprofessional, unreliable, didn't perform services, responsible for so much additional stress before my event.

Long story short, I booked this vendor, paid in full, and they did not perform the services paid for. Rodney said he would provide a refund on a certain date, but has stopped responding to me, thereby refusing to provide a refund.

Other details: They changed their email address and didn't notify me. One of the people I booked with left the company and they didn't notify me or provide anyone to replace her for my event. Rodney stated that he didn't have any of the materials I paid for at the time of booking and blamed the lack of services on the person who left the company. But the bottom line is, Rodney invoiced me twice, took my money, stopped responding right before the event, and is now refusing a refund.

If this vendor responds, he will try to make me sound unreasonable as he has done through email, but I have given him multiple chances to work this out amongst ourselves.
