I wish I could give Roy's Place 10 stars for catering! They went above and beyond every step of the way. We booked them for our wedding and rehearsal dinner catering in 2020 for our wedding in April 2022. We never met them in person until the day of the rehearsal dinner and we never did a tasting because we were from out of town, but we trusted the amazing reviews and we knew we wanted a lowcountry boil served at our reception. They did not disappoint! I am getting compliment after compliment from our guests regarding how good the food was and they also did a great job for our rehearsal dinner. They were accomodating, offered many suggestions on local vendors since we were not from Hilton Head, and made the whole process as easy as possible. All of our vendors knew Roy and Becky and were thrilled when we told them that Roy's Place was our caterer. Thank you Roy and Becky for a wonderful experience! You all are the nicest people and we can't wait to come back to the island for lunch at your cafe!

Roy, Becky and their team were excellent to work with at our latest wedding on Hilton Head Island. They went above and beyond before and during the event to make sure our couple had a great event. Their team worked together for a seamless night and delicious food. We look forward to working with them again!

Roy was truly wonderful through the entire wedding planning process. Our wedding was not only a destination wedding, but was also postponed due to covid. Roy made everything easy and answered all of our many questions. He met with my grandmother and my mom numerous times and agreed to show me the venue (Shipyard Beach Club) when I flew down to SC just two days before the wedding to work out final details. He was incredibly responsive via phone and email. I cannot imagine working with anyone else!

As others have mentioned, Roy helped coordinate nearly everything from linens to ceremony seating to bar garnishes...everything! It is so wonderful to know that everything will be taken care of on your big day.

The food, drinks, and service by his team were wonderful as well. I especially enjoyed the pimento cheese hors d'oeuvre and heard the brisket was phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend Roy and his team to anyone.

Roy and Becky were an absolute dream. They made me feel less stressed knowing that I had them as our caterer at our wedding. They let us rent a huge picture frame to hang off the side of our pavilion at our venue. It was beautiful. We had family friends set up a cookie bar, they offered help and advice to our friends as they helped get set up. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. We had some many compliments. We're so grateful that we trusted them for our big day. They were so relaxed and helpful and made sure we had our own togo food after the day!

Roy is awesome and the food is delicious! We hired Roy's Place for our rehearsal dinner and did a low-country boil and pulled pork buffet. Staff was all professional and food was incredible!

I love Becky and Roy so much! They are amazing people to work with. I am SO happy to go through them for my caterer needs! Not only was the food and service just amazing but Becky literally helped me so much as taking on the role of my coordinator the day of the wedding when i was busy getting ready! They really go above and beyond than what they are suppose too and i truly appreciate it! I highly recommend them for your big day, you will not be disappointed what so ever!!

Roy's Catering was the best I could ask for!! If you're reading this you've probably read many fabulous others! When I was reading reviews for Roy's the first 3 reviews were so good, when I saw he had about 50 other 5 star you know you're picking the right guy! He was so easy to work with and covered almost everything my wedding coordinator didn't when it came time for execution of the wedding! He didn't personally work on my wedding the night of, but did come find me and say hello and made sure everything was great. I'm celiac with a host of food allergies and it didn't phase him. He even made sure I had rice pasta as part of my dinner dish!! He was every bit as sweet in person as you expect he might be the first time you talk with him! If you've only read a handful of his reviews rest assured your making the right decision and move on to your next project! :-) Unless you like all the warm fuzzy's that make you feel more relaxed that you're in good hands!

We booked Roy for our small beach wedding. Working with them before was great, we were able to quickly set a menu that I was excited for. I also loved that we were able to rent tables and chairs from them, eliminating the need for another vendor. Roy and Becky met with us the day before at the private residence where we held the ceremony and dinner, and were extremely flexible in helping us determine where to set everything up. They made me feel so much more relaxed and at ease so I wasn't insane the day of the wedding. The staff we got were amazing. They also were extremely flexible and incredibly helpful. And the food was ah-mazing- the pulled pork and low country boil are delicious! We only wish we had been able to keep the leftovers.
I would recommend Roy's Place a million times over. He made my day a breeze.

Roy and Becky were AMAZING! From the first contact through our wedding day they were so helpful, responsive, and just overall great people. They catered our wedding, but they did so much more than that as well. They took care of linens, place settings, glass ware, bartending, cake cutting, chair rental, arbor rental, centerpieces, set up and tear down. It took so much stress off of us. Our guests have told us that we had the best food at a wedding that they had ever had. Their staff was excellent and really went above and beyond. A tropical storm rolled through on the day of our wedding and I looked out the window and saw their staff ushering in our guests with umbrellas so no one got wet. Becky was there day of to take care of any thing that needed to be done and couldn't have been any sweeter. Roy was also so nice to work with and responded quickly to anything we needed. I highly recommend Roy and Becky for any catering needs you have in the Hilton Head area.

We had Roy cater our open house the night before the wedding. The food was amazing! Everything was perfect.
