About Royal View Hall ~ Wedding Chapel & Reception Hall
Royal View Hall is a romantic 100 year-old church with 14 beautiful century-old stained glass windows.
Dark woodwork and a high ceiling make this a traditional classic surrounding for weddings and receptions. Features include a lovely full wood floor for dancing, tables, your seating arrangements. An elevated stage allows your guests to see the ceremony, and great acoustics compliment both voice and live music. Your event can be classic, unique, and memorable!
The Main Hall comfortably seats 170 guests at chairs for the ceremony, and up to 152 may comfortably be seated for a dinner reception. The bridal party of 8 or 10 are seated on the stage. The lower hall can seat up to 100 comfortably at tables and chairs.
Hall rental includes the floral arch, bouquets and candelabras that are in the photos on the Royal View Hall website. For no additional charge, the hall decorator will add florals and ribbons to the white arrangements to match your color scheme. You may choose from the many colors in stock, or you may buy colored florals and ribbons, and the decorator will add your items to the arch and bouquets. You don't have to use the decorations, and they can be put away if you have a different style in mind for your special day.
OPEN CATERING ALLOWED! We are Flexible!! How often do you hear that? We want you to have the food that you want, at a price you can afford. You may arrange your own caterer, or we can recommend some excellent affordable caterers. Or, you and your family may bring food and beverage to the hall. And, there is NO additional charge for arranging your own catering. You have the freedom to choose the menu, caterer and cost that you wish.
The Hall has nice dressing rooms for Bride, Groom, and wedding party. Those photos are not on the web site.
If you wish, there are two rental upgrades which include table decorations and other decoration extras. The upgrades are designed to save you the cost of purchasing table decorations and other items yourself, and then having them left over after the event. No need to try to sell 30 centerpieces on eBay. But if you are one of those ladies who have the decorating touch, you may make and bring your own creations.
Choosing Royal View Hall to have both your Wedding and Reception can save you money and time in 3 ways:
1) No extra charge to have BOTH wedding and reception. Avoid the time and cost of renting two places, decorating two places. And you don't need to hire a limo to take the bridal party between locations.
2) No need to use a specific caterer. You may arrange your own food and beverage, including alcohol. You may choose your own caterer, or a restaurant that caters, or prepare the food yourself with family or friends and bring it.
3) Many decorations are included for the wedding and reception, and tables and chairs.
