Neither of us are from where we are currently living and where we got married so since we have everyone come to us for the wedding we wanted our favors to be something local. We found this cute biscotti shop that makes their own biscottis right there... So even though the prices were a bit steep we went ahead with it. I have to admit I was a little taken aback that they wouldn't even give us a discount for ordering bulk. We got our biscottis and brought them home... Wrapped a paper sheath around them with an additional ribbon and put them away for the day of the wedding. The day before the wedding I come home from picking up flowers to find ants had gotten into the biscottis... ALL 200 of them. Disaster. We call up the store. Apparently the individual wrappers weren't properly sealed... They told us to take them back and they replaced ALL 200 biscottis with new ones AND replaced the sleeves on all 200 biscottis! They truly saved the day. I don't know if I've seen that kind of customer service in a very long time! Most definitely recommend them. =)
