Rosegate was an absoulte beautiful venue! My husband and I fell in love with it when we first pulled down the long driveway. The lake and house is stunning! We got married in the covered chapel with the gorgeous stained glass window. My husband is an avid fisher and him and his groomsmen were able to fish before the wedding. It was a perfect day!

Rosegate was absolutely the most perfect place I could ever imagine to get married. Ever since I was a litte girl, I imagined a beautiful outdoor wedding, including as much natural beauty as possible to show off God's creation. Rosegate was that and way more.

When we first got engaged, my husband and I looked into a few venues around our area, but nothing felt "right". We were to the point of just having the wedding in his backyard, because it seemed like there were no outdoor venues that suit what we were looking for. Then we heard about Rosegate. I was doubtful and discouraged as we made the trip to Florence to take a look at the property, because I figured it would just be another "no". Boy was I wrong!! As soon as we pulled into Rosegate, both of our attitudes and demeanor's chagned in an instant. IT WAS EVERYTHING WE HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR AND IMAGINED!! We called our parents extatic that we had found the place we would get married.

I have heard over and over again how beautiful our wedding was and how amazing Rosegate was. Some people have even told me, "I wish I could get married again just so I could get married at Rosegate!" It is such a naturally beautiful place, and there are so many options for places to have the ceremony. There are endless options at Rosegate to make your wedding exactly how you have always imagined it!

Rosegate is absolutely beautiful! I love Mrs. Linda! She is the sweetest lady! She did a wonderful job getting the venue ready for my wedding! I was so pleased!

My son and his new bride were married at Rosegate Venue this past weekend. I must say IT WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Linda, the owner of this beautiful property is absolutely the most awesome woman, new friend and retired Landscape Contractor ever.
From the very earliest of meetings to the very wedding day itself, Linda kept in touch with our families about the cosmetic improvements and progress she had planned. The interior of her home has such charm and is so inviting. The ceilings reach up to heaven! The upstairs was the perfect place for the bridesmaids to spend the day getting ready. It's a huge open area with bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of mirror space ! There is a banister around the room that overlooks the first floor. There are windows everywhere over looking the lake.
Outside, the new tricklilng water fountain strategically placed along the isle/walkway for the bridal party is stunning and I might add calming! The expansion of the wedding ceremony site by the water was absolutely perfect for the large weddding party. Linda was so good about making suggestions (when asked!), such as renting a black and white dance floor vs a solid color dance floor (the reason, I asked? "because it adds such class to your wedding pictures", and she was right!). We did rent a 20 x 20 black and white checked dance floor and positioned it under the carport. IT WAS PERFECT AND IT LOOKED AMAZING!
Loose Ends Catering, provided the food and florals. A huge and fabulous free flowing floral arrangement was entertwined within the chandelier hanging over the large dining table. Sprinkles and sprays of other florals were added throughout for just the right touch. The dining table was exploding with Beck and Logan's favorite foods and obviously everyone else's favorites as well!

I had my wedding at Rosegate in March of 2013, and it was truly a beautiful experience. You can tell how much the owner cares about the property, and her experience as a (retired) landscape designer really shows. Even though my wedding was so early in the spring, the grounds were already in bloom, which really meant a lot to me since I wanted an outdoor wedding.

We had our ceremony right outside the house by the stroll garden, and our reception food was set up under the covered porch and inside the house. Our guests enjoyed eating down by the lake since we lucked out with suck a beautiful day.

Rosegate has its own caterer, which might be a drawback for some, but for me it was a blessing since I didn't have to worry over the detail of finding one myself. I'm very picky about food, and Suzy (the caterer who also did my bouquets) was very accomodating in that regard. From what I could tell, she could basically make anything, so I was very pleased with that.

Overall, it was exactly what I had in mind: the perfect rustic location for an outdoor wedding. I'm so glad I picked Rosegate!
