Best Wedding Planner ever!!
If you want to have the best wedding ever and enjoy your wedding with no stress at all then you need to use Xenia as your wedding planner! She was extremely professional and detail oriented, planning 2 pre wedding events and our wedding day. A few examples of her dedication: the wedding day, she was at the venue at 4 am to ensure everything was set up properly and stayed until 5 am for our wedding reception to end. At our pre-wedding beach party, Xenia even came into the water to ensure the guests were having fun. Everyone said it was the best wedding they had ever been to and it’s all due to Xenia!

Xenia was absolutely incredible in the wedding planning process. She knew the right vendors to connect us to based on our taste, and it was such an organized and detailed process that she helped navigate with ease.
She literally helped with every single detail from the plate colors to the venue set up to coordination of guests on the day of. I have never been so carefree on such an important day and that’s because I knew Xenia was handling everything with the most top notch service!!

Our experience with Xenia and Riviera Blu Events was exceptional and beyond what we could have imagined or asked for. From the start of the wedding planning experience, right up to the moment we left the venue on our wedding day - we felt cared for and taken care of at a level of professionalism and hospitality that is truly unparalleled. When making our decision fir wedding planning, we had to first and foremost prioritize trust and a high degree of organization and dependency - given we were planning our wedding abroad. Xenia and her team gave us just that and more, explaining to us when we first met that when she takes a client she is all in. We can guarantee that firsthand, and truly owe a debt of gratitude to Riviera Blue Events for orchestrating our big day to perfection! Phenomenal Athenian Riviera Wedding
Xenia is an absolutely amazing, thoughtful, and creative wedding planner. We hired Xenia to plan our Greek wedding and worked with her over Zoom and WhatsApp in the United States. Our guests said our wedding was the best they've ever attended -- including when comparing it to their own! Xenia was a pleasure to work with, and kept us on track and up to date on all the latest issues and needs. Mediterranean Paradise
Riviera Blu Events planned my wedding on the Athens Riviera in Greece in July 2022. I live in NYC so I did not feel confident in planning a wedding abroad, nor did I have the availability due to work. I hired Xenia and the Riviera Blu team to plan and decorate the entire wedding. This was the best decision I made. Xenia and her team exceeded expectations. The wedding planning process was very smooth and the wedding night was an absolute dream. My husband and I have a Greek background yet were born in NYC so we wanted a wedding theme of Greek/Mediterranean tradition mixed with NY chic glamour. It has been weeks since the wedding and people are still stunned at the entire event from the decor, to the amazing vendors, to the organized timeline, to the stunning venue setting. Hiring Xenia as our wedding planner was a great decision and highly recommended. Instead of dealing with logistics and details from the planning phase to the actual wedding day, my husband and I were able to focus on enjoying our engagement, and having fun with our guests on the night of the wedding. We can’t wait to see our professional photos & videos!!!

Words can’t describe how amazing Xenia is! From the first meeting she understood what kind of wedding we would like to have made some suggestions and that was it! Everything she recommended was amazing and our wedding wouldn’t have been better without her! She made everything look beautiful! She is the best and I would recommend her with closed eyes!

Xenia created the wedding of our dreams!!! We loved every detail of it.
There is only one word to describe Xenia and her team...AMAZING! Xenia was very friendly from the very first day we met her. She guided us through the whole process and was always very calm. We had to postpone our wedding once, but she managed the whole situation exceptionally. Her taste is just fantastic and she always had great ideas which matched our style and wowed everyone on our wedding day. We cannot recommend Xenia enough. The final result was beyond words. Just look at the pictures. Choose her to be your wedding planner and you won't regret it!
