This cake was the hit of the wedding! We had a wedding of 90 guests and had 3 sheet cakes as well as a GF/vegan 8in layer cake and it was more than enough for people to have seconds and thirds! My partner and I had an 8inch cake to cut into and then save for us as well as the four cakes listed above. I’m glad we got as much as we did since it was so popular! The bakery was not able to deliver the cake, but luckily my parents were able to pick it up for me and bring it to the venue the day before. We got the Strawberry Bavarian cake with a cream cheese frosting that I will be dreaming about for the rest of my life. They do not to tiered cakes which was perfect for us. The cake was gorgeous, simple, and perfect. And their GF/Vegan cake was a huge hit as well!

I planned my wedding from 900+ miles and three states away. I was disappointed at first thinking that I wouldn't be able to have cake on my wedding day. But I couldn't believe we found a gluten, sugar & dairy free bakery to make our wedding cake!! We actually didn't call or order one prior, but picked up a Lemon one the day of. I couldn't believe that a sugar, gluten and dairy free cake could taste so delicious!! I wish I didn't so far away. I love this bakery!

We ordered several different cakes from Rheinlander, and they are all AMAZING! I love that we did not have the traditional wedding cake, and that we also were able to offer some sugar free/gluten free options to our family. All of their cakes and pastries are to die for! But, our favorite is the Boston Cream Pie! Oh...and the Marzipan...and the Lemon Cream.....

I used Rheinlander for my gluten free wedding and had the most amazing three tiered cake. My of the guests had no idea the cake wa gluten free the only downside was that they did not deliver and my wedding coordinators had to pick the cake up from the Bakery. They were working on making delivery available. The taste of the cake and beauty were unbeatable. I now visit the bakery when every I can to enjoy all of the glueten free treats they had to offer.
