Realswissmiss offers different flavored Honey Cookies besides the Gingerbread, such as Orange, Lemon, Almond, etc. Like the name says, the main ingredient is Honey. Instead of flooding the cookies with lots of icing, I try to airbrush the food color onto the cookie for most of them. The icing is just for decorating. My cookies can be used for center pieces, decorations, invitations, save the date, etc. Not only are these cookies delicious, but the European tradition is to hang them up as Keepsakes.
